We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Evolve Vapor. To ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase, we do not offer returns or exchanges, except for defective devices within 10 days of purchase.
If you receive a defective device, please bring it to our store along with your receipt or proof of purchase within 10 days of purchase. Our staff will inspect the device to confirm that it is defective. If the device is defective and meets our criteria, we will exchange it for a new device of equal or lesser value.
For disposable devices, we require that you test them before leaving the store. Once you have left the store, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for disposable devices.
